My Sky isn’t working, I need it fixed and I feel as a valued customer I shouldn’t have to pay for an

My box hasn't worked for a week , I have 5 boxes in this house , I need this issue resolved and as a valued customer I don't think I should be paying for an engineer.

What's not working? Have you reported it to Sky because if not they won't know you have a problem. Engineer visits for sky Q are not normally chargeable. .
