Do you have a HD subscription?

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers

Yes I believe so - all other HD channels are working fine.

I am in a rented property and had the landlord install a sky Q box

Check.  As free-to-air channels don't require the HD sub - Sky channels do.

@Carlsimon

Subscription channels in SD being upscaled to fill a UHD panel could certainly be described as 'blurry'.

If the landlord took out the cheapest Sky subscription then you'd only have the free to air channels in HD.

It will say in the channel title if it's HD and the programme info should also say what res it's in.
