My Sky channels are blurry
My Sky channels are blurry but all non Sky channels have a clear picture

Yes I believe so - all other HD channels are working fine.
I am in a rented property and had the landlord install a sky Q box

Check. As free-to-air channels don't require the HD sub - Sky channels do.

Subscription channels in SD being upscaled to fill a UHD panel could certainly be described as 'blurry'.
If the landlord took out the cheapest Sky subscription then you'd only have the free to air channels in HD.

It will say in the channel title if it's HD and the programme info should also say what res it's in.
