My Sky box is showing the orange light and it will not turn green

I have turned everything off and reloaded all my lights are green however the Sky Q box is still showing orange light

Hello Minnie I'm not a expert but when you see a orange light on sky Q box touch the home button and it should go green and hopefully it load your TV guide.

Hello Minnie I'm not a expert but when you see a orange light on sky Q box touch the home button and it should go green and hopefully it load your TV guide.

No it's not working Barry it is stuck on standby now for over an hour.  I'm not happy I only want to talk to a person

unplug sky box from mains,plug back  in different point if you can.blue circle should show press home button worked for me.
