My Sky TV is not working. Broadband is fine Sky Q is green light on it, but live TV does not switch

tV turns on, but when I try to go to SKY main TV page I nothing happens. Broadband and SKY Q box all have green lights on it. Constant various issues with SKY, looking forward to not extend my contract with them
