My Sky Q viewing card is stuck in the Sky Q box, and I need to remove it so I can return the box via DPD when they deliver my new box. I know it should be pushed in slightly before it pings out, but it won't budget at all. I've tried pulling with tweezers etc but it is not moving at all. Please help!
