My Sky Q box keeps losing subtitles

Hi,

I had Sky Q installed a couple of weeks ago. 

I have subtitles switched on but evey so often the subtitles do not work, the only way to get them back is to power cycle the box. 

Any ideas?

Hi @Gul-Evek   It shouldn't be necessary to reboot the box, try changing channels or stop/start recordings. This is a Sky 40 year old problem.
