My Sky Q box is not pairing with my remote

My Sky Q box won't pair with my remote, it was working fine yesterday. Today it will only turn the box on and off, it won't work with the TV at all. I've turned it all off, switched it off at the mains, took the plugs out. Put it all back on again held down 7 & 9 and 1 & 3 for the amount of time/flashes it says and no message is coming up on my screen. There was also a question about trying the ? button and seeing if the led light comes on the remote which it does but nothing is working to get it to actual control the tv. Anyone else know what else I can try?

Hi @Fiona0414 Place the TV and SKYQ box on standby, then press the SKY button on top of the SKY remote, this should then turn your SKYQ box on followed by your TV?
