My Sky Q box is in my bedroom and when it's updates at 5:45 it wakes me up can I change the time

Can I change the update time on my Sky Q box as it's in my bedroom and it wakes me up at 5:45 every morning it makes quite a lot of noise however short it's still wakes me up

It's not an update, it's just the auto standby feature which puts the box into low power mode overnight until 5:45.

You can turn it off in Settings - Setup - Preferences. Change it from Eco to Active so the box still goes into normal standby mode, but not the low power mode overnight.

There was also an overnight reboot introduced to deal with a memory issue: I don't know if that's still a thing, but it wasn't possible for a user to override.
