My Sky Q box is always standby
Sky Q box stuck in standby. The only way I can get it out of standby is bar plugged in the box and turning on by the plug.
And the next day it's still stuck on standby and can't be turned on by the remote all the buttons on the box it needs to be depowered then powered up. It's always like this even when I do a factory reset it's still the same

What time in the morning are you trying this? If it's before 0545 see this link and adjust the settings accordingly

Follow the stuck in standby advice in this Sky help article, namely the recovery procedure;
