Hi,
I've just moved into a new property and I managed to get a deal with Sky Broadband and a Sky Q box. The engineer came out and sorted the wifi out and it's working great however I haven't received a Sky Q box yet? I was wondering if you could chase this up please as I'm currently paying for something I don't have.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreAs stated, the engineer will bring the Sky Q box with them, any cables and remotes and any mini boxes you've ordered. They will either need to install the dish or, if you already have one, change the LNB.
