My Sky Q box has shut down and refuses to reboot after several attempts. Making strange noise.

Box shut down, have tried disconnecting from mains and reconnecting, box then displays software update, tells us to wait 15 minutes then press home key when screen goes blank. Doing this leaves the screen blank, the 'Q' on the box pulsating but an alarming metallic scraping noise coming from the box. It then repeats the entire process, taken two hours so far. Not happy!

Hi @GeoffNash58   It sounds fatal, you need to contact Sky.
