I cannot download or watch recordings,The apps are not coming up,All of the tv shows and films are just all blue even though it says everything is connected,I can watch regular tv and Netflix,I have two other mini boxes which won't connect to the Q box and the on screen message is no signal whatsoever but you can watch Netflix oddly,But the settings tell you there both connected like the Q box,It's been like this since Saturday and I've done every procedure to try and rectify it but nothing has worked,

Hi @Budulike Try rebooting your router by removing the power cable for 30 sec then reconnect to reboot, then reboot your main SKYQ box by turning the power off at the socket for 30 sec then turn back on, then do the same with any Mini boxes?

Thanks for the advice but that the first thing I tried,Everything has been on and off numerous times,I just don't get how Everything is connected as it should be but the services just aren't working,Hopefully it gets resolved soon it was nearly all launched out the window at 12 last night after another two hours of trying to sort it

I tried resetting and its come up with Hard disc error or Hard drive error I can't remember,I have an engineer coming this week
