My Sky Qbox does not connect to my BT broadband. This happend since 11th Dec'23. All other devices connected to BT are working perfectly well.

Any help in getting my SkyQ box connected would be great. Thanks

Hi @IAmDon Try rebooting your router by removing the power cable for 30 sec then reconnect to reboot, then reboot your main SKYQ box by turning the power off at the socket for 30 sec then turn back on?

i`ve just seen your post regarding sky q not connecting to bt internet and i was wondering how you fixed it as mine is now suddenly doing the same even though nothing has changed and it has always been fine until now

i`ve tried resetting broadband hub and sky q box but it`s still the same and the sky boy will not accept the broadband password when trying to reset the network
