I never know whether I can watch a whole programme or match without it cutting out. It is 2 months old with a new dish wiring etc, what can I do?? Sometimes the first re boot doesn't work either?

Cutting out means the TV turns off and the standby light flashes red intermittently. ThenI have to reboot it.

I am not sure which it is, the TV goes off and the standby light flashes red intermittently, the Q Box light stays green?

The TV goes off and the standby light flashes red intermittently, the Q Box light stays green, but the only way I can get it back is to reboot the box.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreSounds like an issue with the TV, possibly specifically when the Sky box is connected. What happens if you use the TV remote to cycle through its HDMI inputs? Can it pick up the Sky box again then?
