@Sharky62  It sounds like you TV is on the Freeview input, you'll need to use the remote that came with your TV to select the relevant HDMI input that Sky Q uses.

 

The message you see isn't from your Sky Q box.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
