My Samsung messge TV will switch of in 60 seconds, how do i clear using my remote sky q

I get the message I think when I haven.t changed channels for a while so I just let it switvch off and then I switch on again but I am new to sky q and my last remote i simply pressed the appropriate button to prevent the switch off but I cant find a way with my new sky q remote

Hi @Gerry+GG   If it is a TV message then volume up & down.

Sounds like an eco setting on the Samsung TV, I get the same after 4 hours if I've not touched the remote - usually on the long F1 shows and the like.  You can turn these controls off within the TV settings menu.

That 's what I use on my TV

As the others say when watching via SKY it can be easy to not 'interact' with the TV which makes it think it is not being watched - a simple 'dab' on the volume will keep it alive
