I have Netflix through my sky q box but it's in Spanish every time I put it back to English it just goes back to Spanish

You need to change your password to something new and secure and then kick off all devices, which will include some in south america, using the "manage access and devices" menu in any netflix app. Not sure if the Q app has that option.
