My Netflix is in Spanish and I need it in English

I have Netflix through my sky q box but it's in Spanish every time I put it back to English it just goes back to Spanish

This scenario has been mentioned on here before. It has apparently been hacked and you need to contact Netflix.

Your netflix account has been hacked. You need to change your password to something new and secure and then kick off all devices, which will include some in south america, using the "manage access and devices" menu in any netflix app. Not sure if the Q app has that option.
