has anyone else had their profiles and language changed on Netflix as mine has locked me out

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moremost likely there has been a compromise on your netflix account, the password and email could have been hacked. other people on the forum has reported their netflix accounts being hacked.
you could check the website haveibeenpwned to see if there is any breaches with the email address
otherwise could have been a phishing scam
