My ITV/STV channel 103 isn’t working

My ITV has been off for over an hour! Is this a technical issue with the ITV channel?

@Alexandra21  Unlikely to be a channel specifi issue given the lack of posts.

 

Have you tried a reboot?

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

No I've not tried to reboot! I have multi room & it's on both tv's but will try & reboot.

Reboot the main box first, then any mini boxes.


1 - Using the Sky Q remote put the box into standby
2 - switch the box off at the plug
3 - wait at least 30 seconds
4 - switch back on at the plug
5 - follow the on-screen instructions
6 - when the screen goes black and the blue ‘Q’ stop pulsating wait another 30 seconds
7 - press the 🏠 button

Did you get anything to work as I have been in holiday and my itv has been off since I got back yesterday, I rebooted my main box and the hub but still not working

Are you seeing any error message when trying to view 103?

Yes, it says no satellite signal but only for that channel

If it displays no satellite signal take a look at the troubleshooting here
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/sky-tv-no-satellite-signal-sky-q
It may then give you the opportunity to arrange an engineer to check the alignment of your dish. Just to make you aware, if you’re on a communal dish system in the UK you’ll have to contact your landlord or building management company rather than Sky.

Thanks, as it's only one channel it says it's a broadcaster issue, very annoying but I'll keep trying thanks for your help

A slight satellite dish pointing error will only effect reception of a few satellite transponder signals.

Which ITV region are you in? There will be other channels on the same transponder you can test, depending on your region.

 

It will almost certainly be a dish issue requiring an engineer visit rather than a broadcaster issue.

I haven't been able to get channel 103 STCV HD since Wednesday 1u8th October.  After spending an hour on the phone to the technical department got cut off!

I have the same issue, it seems to be daily when the Chase in ON, not sure if that is relevant or not but channel 803 works ok!?

803 works for me too - i called sky today but they couldnt resolve the issue with 103 and directed me to call ITV! This is really frustrating

Same issue here (in Auchterarder). Sly attitude awfulun pointing to ITV. 

It was working, it isn't now and something between Sky and ITV has changed. It is their responsibility to fix on bahalf of their CUSTOMERS.
