Mvmnt not allowing me to sign up

It keeps on coming up with an error code MYSKY_2306 and says something went wrong, we are working on this. But I have been trying for over a week

@Laura363 Is It something you can use with Q? I thought it was only for those who used Sky Live on Glass.

It does mention sky Q online, but maybe i read it wrong. I will double check, thanks

This app is available on Sky Q.

That is a common error, often seen on other apps like Paramount +

 

Can you first try a restart of your Sky Q box;

  1. Press Standby on your Sky Q remote, then switch off or unplug at the mains and wait for the lights on your Sky Q box to turn off.
  2. Plug in and switch your Sky Q box back on at the mains.
  3. Wait for the on-screen instructions to disappear then press Home on your Sky Q remote.

 

If it's still not working after that, try a refresh of your Sky Q apps;

  1. Press Home on your Sky Q remote, then highlight Settings
  2. Press 0,0,1 and Select to access the Installer menu
  3. Select Apps then highlight Refresh all Apps on this box. You'll see a message that says, 'Your apps are being refreshed'.
  4. Press Dismiss to return to normal viewing.

The apps refresh can sometimes take up to 24 hours to complete fully.
