Music channels have stopped working for some time and now most Movie channels also not working

I'd been putting off calling for a while (as it's so difficult!) after Music channels have stopped working for us but most Movie channels have now also stopped working and we pay extra for Movies so we need this fixed now.   I cannot find any help with this as we don't have loss of signal but rather have just lost selected channels!  Restting the box has not worked - we have tried that.

A marginal signal cause by a slight alignment change may well affect only a few channels.  You'll need to log an issue with Sky and get an installer to check the dish, unless it's a communal system.

Sounds like your dish alignment needs checking.  You'll need to call Sky for an engineer.

Ensure the dual satellite feeds at the rear of the box are fully screwed in.  (And there's no lose wires shorting the signal)

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own
