The TNT subscription itself has a substantial cost. Once that subscription is in place, Sky say

Also, if you have a Multiscreen subscription with Sky+/Sky Q or Whole Home subscription with Sky Glass or Sky Stream, TNT Sports will be available on your Sky Q mini boxes, other Sky+ boxes, Sky Stream pucks and any additional Sky Glass TVs at no additional cost.

Hi @CALCUTTA1234

If you subscribe to TNT Sport through Sky then you can watch on Mini boxes (provided you have the necessary Multiscreen subscription). Also through Sky TNT Sport in HD is included.
If you subscribe through BT directly then to receive TNT Sport on Minis you need to pay BT’s monthly second box charge. One monthly charge covers all minis. Also to receive TNT Sport in HD there is an additional BT monthly charge.
