The multi-room box is not working I get the Hello screen but nothing else. I have rebooted the Main QBox and in settings, it says multi-room box connected. The same thing happens when I reboot the mini box.
I have tried with a different TV but the same happens.
I think that the box has a fault how do I get a new box?
