Multi room box failing to connect to internet

Sky multi room box not finding main box on network and then found main sky q box would not connect to network . Rebooted router sky box and multi room box but no success . Main box was on Ethernet cable so tried wireless but no success I think network card in sky q box has failed any thoughts ?

@Kings+ride who is your broadband provider Sky or a third party 


I may be a Sky Superuser but I am still just a Sky customer

Just set up new router received from sky and multi room box won't respond to it any help would be appreciated
