Mulitroom option is missing on my main box

My Sky Q Mini Box won't connect. The multiroom option is missing on the main box and I can't access the engineer or pairing menus. I've done a service check on my online account and it says my sky box is faulty, click to order a replacement and then I get technical error please try again later which I have several times now.

I have tried all the restting of the main sky box and the mini box over and over again but still having problems

@Kazzer1234 can you explain a bit more about what you mean multiroom option is missing from your main box 


I may be a Sky Superuser but I am still just a Sky customer

Hi

 

Sorry didnt explain that well did I. What I meant was after following some online advice to get my mini boxes back up and connected I was told to look on the menus on my main sky box for the multiroom option and I couldn't find it  but saying that I have now been in touch with Sky and they are sending my a new mini box and an engineer to look at the main box issue so looks like im gonna get is sorted soon.
