Moving house, so time to move from Sky Q to Sky Stream?

I will be moving house in a few months so I am thinking it might make sense to switch from Sky Q to Sky stream.  What do I need to consider? Thanks

Broadband speed.

Wireless coverage (unless you are going to use ethernet cable)

Channel availablity: not all satellite channels are on Stream.

Absence of actual 'recording'

I appreciate it is more related to your customer account, but can still use Sky Go and download to an iPad for offline viewing?

There's no link between Stream pucks and the Go app, so Go functionality is just as a standalone app: because Stream has no local storage the concept of moving Recordings from hard drive to phone/tablet doesn't apply.
