Moving house but no dish and no permission for one
I am moving house soon, but the new property has no dish and the landlord won't allow one to be put up

Then unfortunately you won't be able to have Sky Q. If you currently have Sky Q at the address you're living at now, you need to call Sky to discuss your options ie; Glass or Stream.
