We have moved home and are trying to arrange to move our sky tv subsciption and get a new dish installed at our new house. I have tried filling out the online form, but just get stuck on a screen that says it is checking availability, but nothing ever loads beyond that. I have tried calling sky, but just keep getting sent back to the form that nothing ever loads on. How do I get hold of sky to get set up at my new address?
