Trying to move home online, but it states I have no products to move. I believe this is because I have a Sky Glass TV, but I run Sky Q through this, can anyone help?

Hi @Lewis1796
The fact you have a Sky Glass TV should have no bearing onthe fact that you want a Home move with your Sky Q.
Probably best to contact Sky directly.
