Moving home but it doesn’t recognise my address

I'm so stressed!!! I'm moving next Monday and trying to inform sky but due to moving a couple of doors down sky is not recognising my address and saying that my new address is my old address moving home is stressful enough without having to deal with this, I have phoned sky only to be on hold for an hour and a half which is time I do not have while having to look after someone who has dementia and needs me with them 24/7 can someone please help!!!!!

I think you'll need to persevere on the phone. Try ringing mid evening when hopefully the lines will be a bit quieter. This link gives info on a house move if you haven't seen it already
