Typically that will be a twin satellite coaxial cable extension kit, widely available online in assorted lengths.

Re: Moving equipment round my home
Check the back of your Q Box, you may only have one or two coax inputs, just buy the extension based of what you already have
My views are my own and I will assist where possible.
Sky Q 2TB UHD, 2X Mini Box, Sky BB UF1, Booster 4
I am just a customer, If I've got something wrong feel free to tell me, If I've something right mark it as an answer

Q typically uses two satellite feed cables when supplied from an individual dish. One cable would usually be from a communal system in flats.

Re: Moving equipment round my home
Hi this is exactly the help I was looking for as I want to move my TV from one side of the living room the other. The Internet Router is also connected to the Sky Q box so is it the same principle of just buying an extension?

Q would normally connect via wireless - unless you have the Q box connected via Ethernet cable?
If so, you can buy longer ones.
