Moved home and still receiving news and weather from old location.

Hi

 

I've moved from the channel islands to Manchester and i keep receiving previous news and weather.  i have already had a long chat with an engineer and he said it would take a couple of days.  a month has passed and still getting weather and news from my previous location.  Do you think its worth requesting a new box?

Hi @Jackie662   It has nothing to do with your box, and everything to do with your account and viewing card. The quickest way is to contact Sky to refresh your viewing card. I take it you have tried a power reboot?

the engineer talked me through everything which i did but this didnt work.  

he fobbed me off i think because he said it would take a couple of days but a month has passed.

i did actually fully engage in the engineer over the phone.
