Moved from Belfast back to London and BBC and ITV is set to Belfast despite changing location.

I'm still viewing channels from Belfast despite living in London. I've called head office I've had no update to a resolution. Apparently my location has been updated to London on their system. Apparently that should of changed things. I was expecting a call back to get some news of the resolution. I am still waiting. In the meantime I'm stuck with UTV Northern Ireland bbc one and two.
