Moved House - Main SKY Box and mini SKY Qs keep turning off.

I moved house 28 March, engineer came round 29 March and connected main SKY box and mini boxes. Since then, sporadically they turn themselves off and have to reboot the boxes. Secondly, if you put the boxes into standby and put them on (EG) 4 hours late, they have to be rebooted. Thirdly, I will be watching something and the picture reduces to 1/5th of its size and moves around the TV screen then reboots.

 

I call SKY and spoke with someone who took me through, settings, etup, preferences to make sure each box was active not eco. They were in eco but nothing has improved.

 

Please help.
