Monthly charge too expensive, £40.15 without netglix

We are paying £40.15 a month and T.V Advert says £15 a month with Netflix, which we don't have, so what are we paying so much for.

£15 per month (plus the cost of your broadband) gets you Essential TV with Netflix (with ads) via a Sky Stream puck. This is a fully streamed service so no recording. It is also only the basic free-to-air channels along with Sky Atlantic and Discovery+ (with ads).

You have Sky Q, which is the satellite service with the Sky Signature package which has many, many more channels and the recording capability.

If you are out of contract on Sky Q then you can call and negotiate a new deal. There is a Sky Q Essentials package which is normally priced between £5 and £15 per month which is mainly the free to air channels along with recording capability. You can always sign up to Netflix direct for £5.99pm on top of this if you like.

That advertised price is for new customers only...

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers
