Hi i have been given a free upgrade from a 1tb sky Q box to a 2 tb Sky Q box is there a way to get recordings from the old box to the new box?

@Cordunn afraid not best you can do is to take a picture of any recordings you have the see if you can download then again

If you have purchased anything from Sky store you can re download these

There aren't transferable except purchased films.
