Minibox giving no signal message. Have rebooted main box and mini twice

Minibox says no signal. Have rebooted main box and all ok with that but despite rebooting minibox twice it still says no signal.

Hi @Des+D In the following order:-

Try rebooting your router by removing the power cable for 30 sec then reconnect to reboot, then reboot your main SKYQ box by turning the power off at the socket for 30 sec then turn back on, then do the same with the Mini box?

@Des+D 
If a message is displaying ”No signal” it tends to be from your TV (in which case check the HDMI cable between the Sky Q box and your TV).

Any “no satellite signal” message relates to your Sky box.

@Des+D Put your tv and SKYQ box on standy, then turn your SKY box on by pressing the Sky button on the top of the remote, your tv should then turn on with a signal at the same time?

All actions taken. Still getting message no signal. Don't want to reset as might lose all recordings . Will contact Sky engineer tomorrow. Thanks for your input.
