Minibox disconnecting from sky q

Hi, I purchased a new Sony Bravia and since connecting up as per my previous set up, every morning I get an mr102 error. This necessitates setting up as if new WiFi connection. I have a devialet sound box and noticed that previously I could turn off the tv and mini box using the sky remote, now this only turns off the mini box and I have to turn the tv off with the tv remote.

 

I have plugged the pink lead coming out from the back of the sound box into the HDMI IN port on the tv the same as it was on my previous tv, would this be correct? And also connected the optical cable.

 

TIA for anything stupid I am missing!

Have you checked in settings whether your main box is set to Active rather than Eco? To check, go to settings, select setup, then select preferences then change Eco to Active. This problem usually happens in the early hours of the morning. Eco is designed to save you money by switching off the main Skybox.
