Mini q box frozen on accessibility on sky Q message stuck on settings

Pull the power connection on the main Q box, replace this, let it fully reboot and then do the same on the Mini box.

Press & hold 4 & 6 together to reset the remote to IR only and then see if you can dismiss the message
the remote must have line of sight to the box for this.
then afterwwards press & hold 1 & 3 to re-pair the remote
