This keeps happening ,so annoying ! Switched of main box, router & mini box ,still can't connect. My parents have the main box in their room, we have a mini q in ours. The main box is now saying insert viewing card. There isn't one ! Fed up of spending 30 minutes going from room to room tring to reboot things just to watch a bit of TV in evenings. For the price over £110 a month I'm thinking of sacking it ,this tech should work better .
