No satelite signal

Yes my sky mini box has the same message My main sky q box in the living room working.

All of my mini boxes are stating no satellite signal. Have powered off router and back on. All good 3 green lights and main TV says wi fi received. Have powered off/ on a mini box and still not receiving a signal. Any ideas.

Sky technical issue, turn off at mains and reboot

Same issue, main box working but none of the Mini's. Rebooted router, Sky Q main box and all four Mini's, now working 😀

Update

Just like everyone, lost all signal this morning came back on at 7.30 ish but mini box still not working 

Phoned for technical suport Tel xxx xxx xxx and got through to a consultant based in Bulgaria .

Gave lots of instructions including turning router off and lots of different setting on Sky Q box and mini.

Pleased to advise we are now all connected Sky Q and mini box and not lost any stored recordings.

Hope this may help someone.

Main Sky Box working but both Q Mini boxes only apps working 'no sat signal'. Well I do because the main box has a signal! Logged on and apparently both boxes are working fine, seriously. Tried calling but 20 mins into a predicted 40 min wait a message came on to call back later and cut me off 😞 Over the last 20+ years I've paid thousands to Sky as TV is our main entertainment we have the full package, the customer service and ability to deal with wide spread issues is very poor. Come on Sky, the fact that your lines are so busy must give you a clue all is not well.
