Mini box won’t pick up Wi-Fi even after going through the steps the tv says
We've had a new router The main box and tv work the second box and tv won't work I have gone through the steps the system is telling me to but it will not work

I've escalated to get help from Sky. Watch out for a blue chat bubble at the bottom of the page.
