Mini box will not switch on , light remains orange, has only just stopped working and are unable to

Mini box used to work upstairs but now light remains on orange and unable to get it to connect to tv

Hi @Jayjacmax 

Have you tried switching the mini on using the Standby button on the front right of the mini (the Amber led)?

If this turns the mini on

Try completly resetting your Bluetooth remote.
Press and hold 7 & 9 together on the remote until it’s led flashes four times.
Then make sure that you are pointing your remote at the Q box and press 1 & 3 together until the led flashes and follow onscreen instructions to re- pair.

Hi my mini has only been in maybe two weeks,

the light is orange it's completely not responding I have tried the 7&9 and 1&3 there is no flashing at all it's just orange. I have turned it on and off, I have pressed the reset on the back. Still no joy 

the box down stairs is working fine
