The mini box will not connect to the 'activation server'. Its connected on the main sky Q box. Been throught the unplugging of both and reactivate. Still nothing! Asking if i have broadband? I do, sky broadband. Tv downstairs working fine, sky q. Upstairs mini box, nothing and will not reactivate. Getting really fed up with this now!! Not the first time this has happenned. Thinking of leaving sky all you get is an automated message or pay a fortune for an engineer to attend - £96 pmth it should be free!!

@Mandy6608 As you have Sky Q you do not pay for engineer visits they are free as Sky own the boxes but I have escalated this to sky
You may receive an email or a private message inviting you to have a private conversation on the Community with a Sky Expert.
Look out for a chat bubble at the bottom of your screen inviting you to a chat
If you are using the Safari browser please make sure that Hide IP Address is not checked in order to see the chat bubble. If you are having trouble finding this to check the settings, use another browser such as Firefox, Chrome etc.
