I have two mini boxes and neither will connect to the main SkyQ box, both are showing as connected to the network but won’t link through to the main box. I have rebooted the main box and the internet but still no luck at all. Starting to lose the will to live with it all!

Hi @SuBB
Try a Network Reset on the minis. Start with the one nearest to your main Q box
Network Reset found in mini Home - Settings - Setup - Network.
Highlight Status and then select Reset on the right hand side. Follow instructions to WPS with main Q box.
You will be asked to press the WPS button on the main Q box (not the mini).
If you are on Sky Broadband and the Router is nearer to the mini than the main box then you can try pressing WPS on the router instead of the main Q box.
When you do a network reset on the second mini you can use the WPS on the nearest Q device. (Q router, main Q box or connected mini)

This is happening to me, every few days the mini disconnects, tonight, I've got through everything and it won't connect, round in circles pushing buttons to do the same again. Fed up and off to bed!

I'm the same. I have two mini boxes and this is a weekly at least event, which can take ages only to last a few minutes of viewing. I have a Wi-Fi net in and surrounding the house interior and exterior. Do I don't understand the network issue.

You mean mesh? If you're not on sky broadband, they aren't using it.
