I'm having the same issue after it has worked fine for years. Rsest router, reset both boxes - nothing. Phone call it is tonight 😞

I've been having problems with mine for months it will work fine for a bit and then all of a sudden no connection it's infuriating

Sky have definitely gone backwards on there boxes the older boxes are far better then these awful mini boxes they are so slow while using apps it's like using something from the early 90s

I lost my mini box in the last storm.
So internet coming and going,
Now today engineers came seems to be staying on.
I'm blue in the face trying to fix mini box says it's connected to my new modem as I've put the details in.

As many people have found, your main Sky Q box should be powered off at the mains for 30 seconds first, followed by your mini boxes. If you continue to have problems, you can also find from the Community or our help article here.
I'm going to mark this post as the answer, so that everyone has the most up-to-date information.
