My daughter's mini box keeps going dead. I have phoned Sky many times and they have in the past checked the system but now they send out an engineer. Every few days it goes dead and I have to turn the power off and on and then it resets. Not too difficult but really annoying for her. Engineers have supplied Sky WiFi extenders for upstairs and tried reset the broadband. Changed settings / reversed the flow etc etc
I have thought about just doing away with it and running freeview or possibly hard wiring it to the main box if possible? Any thoughts please because it's driving her mad. The main sky Q box works like a dream.
