Mini box is constantly loosing connection to Qbox and the Qbox is constantly having issues with the

Mini box constantly loosing connection 

Qbox has recurring recording issues

have to reset every other day

Scheduled recording aren't happening and new ones can't be set

do we need a new box

@Kevmac10 sounds like the hard drive maybe on it's way out try following the link below whch will allow you to order a new box
