Both mini boxes aren't working saying no signal

hi, did you get sorted with this? My Sky Q mini box has lost connection to the main sky Q box also and I cant reconnect. Tried all the tips but nothing. I have internet & conenction to the router but cant connect to sky Q.

I recently installed a mesh extender for wifi in this side of the house and my sky q mini is plugged into it so I'm guessing it is being blocked or something. i tried connecting the mini box in the main room and plugged it directly into my ISP router and it worked fine.

Having the same issue here. Main box working fine and minibix shoes connected to router and Main box but have No satellite signal error.

On demand and apps all working just no live TV or recordings.
