Mini Q box shuts down tv but there is no issue with wifi

New ish Sky Q mini box shuts down tv although there is nonissue with WiFi.   Main sky box working fine.

What do you mean by 'shuts down tv'?

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers
